Being involved in many of our civils projects throughout the years, his passion for civil engineering grew, and in 2019, he took the bold step to embark on his career journey as a Project Engineer.

Balancing work, academics, and personal commitments is a demanding task, but Steffan has shown exceptional dedication and unwavering determination. Not only did he excel in his professional role, but he also embraced the transformative experiences of marriage and fatherhood during this time.
